4. Vegetables

Similarly to fruit, vegetable with high pigmentation is excellent for fighting back pain. This includes sweet potatoes, carrots, and also leafy green vegetables which contain anti-inflammatory properties vital for anyone who suffers from chronic pain of any kind. 6. Water

Hydration is essential in maintaining a healthy metabolism, and without sufficient water, the body’s ability to heal is diminished. Simply put, the body cannot fight inflammation if it has nothing to do that with. It’s essential that you are well hydrated.
